Clean Direct Inc is the North American master distributor for SkyVac & Ionic Systems and a national distributor for Mosmatic as well as many other specialty cleaning brands. Our office and showroom is at 1000 N Horner Blvd, Sanford NC 27330, located about 40 minute drive from Raleigh Durham Airport (RDU). We distribute and sell specialty cleaning equipment in the fields of gutter cleaning, window cleaning, high dusting, surface cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, sanitizing, mobile detailing and more. We mainly serve USA and Canada, including Hawaii, Alaska and Vancouver Island. We also occasionally serve South America, some European countries, Carribbean Islands, and Mexico.
Unfortunately, no; however, we do offer monthly onsite Training Days at our facility and we are happy to schedule a 1x1 demonstration or conduct a virtual video demonstration. Our showroom has everything laid out neatly on display so we can deep-dive into any product or business questions you might have. We've been helping customers start and grow their specialty cleaning businesses worldwide for over 15 years.
We do not currently rent equipment; however, we do offer a SkyVac and Ionic program for rental companies. If you have a preferred local equipment rental company please have them contact us for more information.

FOR SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
To track your order simply click on the chat window on our website where you made the purchase. There you will find an Instant Answer section called "Track my order". Insert order details and the system will track it for you.
We stock most items in our large distribution facility located in North Carolina. We also ocassionally drop-ship an order from our manufacturing partners if it means getting it to you quicker. Most smaller orders received before Noon are filled within 24 business hours. Most freight orders are fulfilled within 72 business hours (3 days). Sometimes it doesn't take that long and sometimes it takes a little longer....it really depends on how many orders are in the queue. If you need something expedited, please pay for the quicker shipping method and/oror Contact Us to see if we can work some magic on our end.

This is probably the most frequently asked question. Yes! these systems work. Our products are used worldwide by tens of thousands of customers. SkyVac is the worldwide leader in gutter and high dusting vacuums systems. Ionic invented pure wate window cleaning the way the industry uses it today. Mosmatic is the highest, precision quality stainless steel swivel and surface cleaning products in the world. Our products are NOT the cheapest because quality comes at a price. The harder question is are you sizing the system to suit your needs? Contact us and based upon your needs and our experience we will size your system appropriately.

Gutter Cleaning: SkyVac Atom and Sonic Atom require 110V, 15amp service and plug into a regular North American residential outlet. SkyVac 85 requires 220V, 30amp service and typically requires a generator at minimim 6500 peak/starting watts.

Ionic Pure Water Cleaning Systems use single or multi-stage filtration systems that contain media to filter the total dissolved solids from local water. This can come in a caddy, mobile cart or vehicle-mounted system, pumped or non-pumped. (Anything with RO needs to be pumped.)
The typical stages of filtration are: Pre-filter Water Softener, Carbon, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Sediment Filter & Deionization (DI). Larger systems can add UV lighting and nuclear grade DI to bring water purification to zero parts per billion.
Decision on what type of system to use can be based on several factors, mainly: quality of local water, type of operator vehicle used, efficiency needs and initial vs long-term costs.

We love ours, but like others have said it will not eliminate ladder work but will add a tool to your arsenal. We primarily use SkyVac.... actually since offering and addition of water pole, we haven't used a ladder in two years.
