Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing an order or directing Mosmatic Corporation to proceed with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, or shipment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Any additional terms from the buyer will not apply unless expressly agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of Mosmatic Corporation.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes such as sales, excise, or value-added are not included in the price and will be billed separately, if applicable.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Special packaging may apply to custom or oversized items. Inspect shipments upon arrival. If damaged, notify Mosmatic Corporation within 48 hours. Title and risk pass to the buyer once the shipment leaves the facility. Mosmatic is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, labor disputes). Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns

Returns require prior authorization and a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Returns must be in resalable condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except for manufacturer defects. (See Filing a Claim Below)

Limitation of Liability

Mosmatic's liability is limited to the cost of the goods involved in any claim. It is not liable for labor charges, special, or consequential damages, such as loss of profits, revenue, or use. Technical advice does not create additional liability.

Limited Warranty

Mosmatic warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, installation, and maintenance for six months. If reported within this period, Mosmatic will repair or replace the product at its discretion. This warranty does not cover damages from mishandling, misuse, or Acts of God. Warranty applies only to the original buyer. Mosmatic is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

General Information

Product Availability: Not all products are stocked at every service center.

Governing Law : All orders are governed by the laws of Wisconsin.

Catalog Validity: This catalog supersedes previous versions.

Technical Modifications: Mosmatic reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.

Custom Products: Responsibility for the safe and effective use of custom products lies with the user.

Accuracy: Data provided is for recommendation purposes. Written confirmation is available upon request.

 

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is never sold or rented to third parties.

 It is used to:

  • Complete purchase transactions
  • Provide requested services
  • Send catalogs and special offers
  • Contact you about order status

When processing credit card transactions, we collect your billing information and details for shipment.

 Safety Notice

Always wear protective gear, such as safety glasses and gloves, when using high-pressure products. Follow safety regulations from the manufacturer of high-pressure equipment. Mosmatic products should be installed by experienced users, and the responsibility for their safe use rests with the user.

Filing a Claim

To file a claim, simply submit the form. We may request photos or videos for verification. Since most claims are minor, let us assist you before proceeding.

Repair and Shipping Costs

If a repair is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping, including proper packaging and insurance. Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed with the shipping carrier. Shipping costs for replacement parts are the customer's responsibility unless waived.
