Mytee® Limited Warranty Policy

 

Mytee, LLC provides a limited warranty for all new products purchased directly from Mytee or any authorized distributor/service center. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials only and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

1-Year Parts and Labor Warranty

Mytee covers parts and labor for all components on new equipment for one (1) year from the purchase date. This warranty applies only to defects in workmanship and materials, as determined by Mytee. Shipping is covered at Mytee's discretion, and spare parts purchased directly from Mytee are covered for 90 days. Wear parts, consumed through normal use or time, are excluded.

 2-Year Major Components Warranty

Pumps, vacuum motors, floor machine motors, and heaters are covered for two (2) years from the purchase date. This warranty covers replacement costs only and excludes shipping and labor. It is void if there are signs of abuse, tampering, or damage from water, chemicals, or neglect.

 10-Year Housing Warranty

Rotationally molded housings and tanks are warranted against defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for ten (10) years from the purchase date. Abuse or neglect voids this warranty. Shipping and labor are not included.

 

Limitation of Damages

To file a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Mytee or an authorized service center immediately upon discovering the issue. The product must be inspected by Mytee or an authorized distributor/service center. Mytee does not cover work done by unauthorized parties.

 

Filing a Claim

To file a claim, simply submit the form. We may request photos or videos for verification. Since most claims are minor, let us assist you before proceeding.

Repair and Shipping Costs

If a repair is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping, including proper packaging and insurance. Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed with the shipping carrier. Shipping costs for replacement parts are the customer's responsibility unless waived.
