SkyVac® Limited Warranty Policy
All SkyVac® systems come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturer defects. Post-sales support is provided by the SkyVac® North American team based in Sanford, NC, USA.
Exclusions
Filters and carbon fiber poles are not covered under warranty for breakage due to misuse or improper handling. These items require extra care during use. If you need more information, please consult a Clean Direct Representative before purchase.
Filing a Claim
To file a claim, simply submit the form. We may request photos or videos for verification. Since most claims are minor, let us assist you before proceeding.
Repair and Shipping Costs
If a repair is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping, including proper packaging and insurance. Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed with the shipping carrier. Shipping costs for replacement parts are the customer's responsibility unless waived.

*A Return Authorization Number is required and will be provided after submitting the claim form, once the issue is confirmed.
15% restocking fee for returned items, unless otherwise specified.
If replacement parts are needed and no return is required, the customer will cover the shipping cost of the replacement parts. In some cases, SkyVac® may waive this fee at their discretion.
